Karen Lee Craig Frietch of Deltona, Florida, beloved wife of Richard Frietch passed away peacefully at the age of 70 on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 10:40 a.m. at Advent Health/Fish Memorial Hospital in Orange City, Florida. She was born on September 2, 1948 in Covington, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Kittle, father Norman Craig, sister Peggy Kittle and brother Lucky Kittle. She leaves behind her daughters who live in Florida, Christine Frietch Smith, Cheryl Frietch Knoell and Katherine Frietch; grandchildren Christopher Smith of Ohio, Stacy Long and Mathew Long of Florida and Alyssa Smith of Texas; great grandchild Jacob Calkins of Florida; sisters Gail Haraldson of Texas and Virginia Raps of North Carolina and brother David Kittle of Nevada. A private family memorial gathering was held at her daughter Cheryl Frietch Knoell’s house in St Cloud, Florida on Saturday, March 16th, 2019. She will be laid to rest at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida at a later date, to be determined.
