Karen Faye (Erbstoesser) Cox, of Ham Lake, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 15th, 2023 at Our Lady of Peace in St. Paul at age 69.

Karen was born on October 16th, 1953 in Minneapolis, MN to parents Elroy and Patricia (Hawkins) Erbstoesser. She grew up in Braham and graduated from Braham High School. She started her career at Cambridge State Hospital that lead into management in Environmental Services, most recently at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

Karen's passion was gardening and sharing the fruits (and veggies) of her labor. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting and spoiling her cat and dog. Her most favorite time was spent with family and friends.

Proceeded in death by her parents, sisters Diane and Brenda; daughter, Jodi and great granddaughter, Liliana. She is survived by children, Elizabeth (Todd) and Jake; brother David (Loni); Partner, Michael; grandchildren, Tiffani (Mike) and Brittani (Brandon); nieces and nephews, Chad, Anthony (Sara), Cassandra (Jamarii); great grandchildren, Kam, Jazzy, Harlinn; great nieces and nephews, Sydney, Lilly, Paige, Audri, Sydni, Kendrick, Harper and many other relatives and friends. She is truly loved and greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:30pm-830pm on Saturday, May 6th, 2023 at the St. Francis American Legion located at 3073 Bridge St. NW, St. Francis, MN 55070.
