Karen Anne Clement

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Karen Clement (née Mason) announce her unexpected passing on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Her daughters, Kerry Tench and Kim D’Eon, sister Janice Ainsworth, brother Michael Mason, and aunt Theresa Goodwin, along with all who loved her dearly, are heartbroken by her loss and are holding her in love as they honour her life.Karen’s radiant spirit, quick wit, and generous heart brought laughter and warmth to everyone around her. In her years in the insurance industry, she was known as Karen Garnier - spirited, kind, and full of wonderful mischief. To her daughters and their friends, she will always be the “fun mom,” who filled summers with memories to last a lifetime at the family cottage or on camping adventures. She taught those she loved to dance like no one was watching and to find joy in life’s simple moments.In later years, life’s challenges dimmed some of that light, yet the love that surrounded her - even from afar - remained steadfast. It is that love, both constant and unconditional, that now holds her close.In respecting her wishes, there will be no formal service. Her family honoured her privately with an intimate celebration of her life, sharing treasured memories of her brightness, humour, and the tender heart that touched their lives.Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in believing that her soul is now free - at peace, laughing, and dancing once again, shining as brightly as ever. We will remember her always, with love unending and hope that she has found the serenity she long sought.  May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
