Very sad to hear of the passing of this great and sweet friend.
My condolences to Karen's family. I first met Karen when we were In third grade and always walked to brownies together.   We were friends all the way to the junior year in high school. I had to move at that time but we still manage to get together frequently.  I got married young and we kind of drifted apart. However, when that husband left me 10 years later, Karen was my rock.  We drifted apart as the distance between us increased. We had used to meet for lunch but that got too difficult. We  kept up with the phone calls, though.  They always at hour or an hour and a  half.  They were always filled with laughter I will miss her so much.
Praying for the family and sending caring thoughts your way. Ms. Karen will be remembered for being a wonderful, smart, creative  & kind person.  My sincerest sympathy to the Family and all who had the opportunity to know and work with her.
