Background
Karen passed suddenly in March of 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, leaving those who loved her reeling from the terrible loss and the inability to properly celebrate an extraordinary life that ended far too soon.
We have finally reached a time where we can gather and share our memories, tears, and joys as we say "bye for now" to our beloved Karen. I have secured a time and place where we can come together and not only mourn but also celebrate the sunshine that was Karen's spirit for her son and all of us that were fortunate enough to know and love her.
In order to cover expenses for the celebration, I have opened a fundraising option on this site to assist with costs for the venue and associated expenses. I appreciate the trust put in me to prepare such a special day and I am grateful for any assistance provided so I can make certain the day is perfect for Karen, Dylan and all of us who miss her so deeply.
The Ever Loved website also serves as an online memorial where you can upload photos, tributes, and memories to share and for Dylan to treasure as he grows up.
Donations to the online site are subject to a standard processing fee. If you prefer to send a direct donation please feel free to message me and we can communicate about Venmo or mail options.
Karen's Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 10th, 12-4 pm at The Barn at Stoner Commons in Lancaster.
I kindly request that if you plan to attend that you provide me with an RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Any funds raised beyond the cost of the event and preparation will be gifted to Karen's son.
