Kacy's obituary
Kacy "Peaches" Adams passed away unexpectedly on February 23, 2023 at the age of 40.
Born to Joseph and Vicki Richardson on March 22, 1982. Kacy was a very smart determined baby. When she was able to read, she immediately became obsessed with books. After graduating high school, Kacy went on to doing what she did best, caring for people, as a CNA. Some of Kacy’s favorite activities were laughing, cooking, painting, singing in her church’s choir, making jewelry and being the most creative she could be. Kacy was an astute conversationalist and a deep thinker. She was a member of The Adams Chapel A.M.E. Church and loved her Pastor and church family. Our family was not expecting the loss of Kacy or for her life to be cut so short so soon. We are devastated by this loss and will feel the absence of Kacy forever. She was the sweetest, kindest, most loving, empathetic, smartest soul and a joy to be around. She will be forever missed. She has joined, in heaven, her late father Joseph Richardson, and sisters JoAnn Bell and Dianne Richardson. Kacy will always be remembered by her Mother Vicki Sturdivant, Aunt Sarah Phillips, two wonderful sons Cameron and Christopher Adams, sisters Rev. Bernitha Lopez and Minister Tiffany (Alton) Davis, brother Gerald Woods, niece Ana Lopez, nephews Leonard (Melody)Styles Warner, Apostle Mose(Melanie) Styles III, Jamar Richardson-Person, Thaddeaus Smith, and a host of cousins and extended family and friends.
“It is because of the Lord’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, Because His [tender] compassions never fail.”
