It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Justina "Justita" Reyes on July 24, 2024. Born on October 20, 1931, she lived a life rich in love, faith, and family. Justita was well-known for her bubbly and warm personality, always giving and loving unconditionally.

Justita was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Reyes Sr., and her daughter, Gloria Reyes. She is survived by her children, Yvette Reyes, Raymond Reyes, Rey Reyes, Angelo Reyes, and Edwin Reyes. She also leaves behind a son-in-law, Avelino Rodriguez, and a grand daughter in law Sara Machado.

Justita's grandchildren, who will dearly miss their beloved grandmother, include Giovanni Rodriguez, Crystal Rodriguez, Jillian Reyes, Christian Reyes, Angelo Reyes Jr., Angela Reyes, Alessandra Reyes, Jenny Reyes, Edwin Reyes Jr., April Reyes, Jeremy Reyes, Rey Reyes Jr., and Christina Reyes.

Great Grand Children-Angelo Reyes III, Jaynalynn Miranda, Paris Andino, Justen Reyes, Jacob Mejias, Rey Reyes III, Edwin Reyes III, Sagee Rodriguez, Juelz Anderson, Jolie Reyes, Natalie Torres, Giovanni Rodriguez Jr, Camron Reyes, Jordan Reyes, Jianna Rodriguez, Chloe Rodriguez, and  Cyrus Negron.

A devoted congregant of St. Joan of Arc Church, Justita was an active member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. She derived great joy from working the soup kitchen and contributing to her church in any way she could. Her faith was an integral part of who she was, and it manifested in her good deeds and kind spirit.

Justita took pleasure in the small joys of life, such as watching her favorite TV show, Family Feud, and her favorite color, red. However, what she loved most was being surrounded by her family, singing, and dancing. Her family was her whole world, and she cared for them deeply.

Justita's legacy is one of kindness and generosity. She was a woman of immeasurable love and warmth. Her lessons of unconditional love and her spirit of giving will continue to live on in her family and friends. She was the kindest soul, leaving an impression on anyone she encountered.

Justita will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her passing is a loss to us all, but her spirit will continue to brighten our lives. We will always remember our Justita.

Justita, una devota feligresa de la Iglesia de Santa Juana de Arco, era un miembro activo del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. Ella obtenía una gran alegría trabajando en el comedor de beneficencia y contribuyendo a su iglesia en todo lo que podía. Su fe era una parte integral de quién era ella y se manifestaba en sus buenas obras y su espíritu bondadoso. Justita disfrutaba de los pequeños placeres de la vida, como ver su programa de televisión favorito, Family Feud, y su color favorito, el rojo. Sin embargo, lo que más amaba era estar rodeada de su familia, cantando y bailando. Su familia era todo su mundo y ella se preocupaba profundamente por ellos.
