Justina's obituary
Justina "Tina" Baisley Wilson, 60, of Maricopa, AZ, was escorted by the angels to her home in Heaven on March 15, 2024 after a long battle with kidney disease and cancer.
Justina was born on November 8th 1963 to Richard and Catherine Baisley. She graduated from Kingston High School in New York. During a visit with her brother, she met Glenn Wilson and they wed in 1983, going on to have two daughters: Halita and Megan. She was an honorary mother to many others throughout her life and loved them all dearly.
Glenn and Tina traveled to many places over the years including: St. Thomas, The Bahamas, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, Ireland, and South Africa. She loved getting to explore and see new places.
A lover of animals she had many pets she cared for over the course of her life. She often spoke of how much she loved her parents, siblings, cousins, many nieces and nephews and their children, and those she called friends.
Her love for her family, friends, and pets was only overshadowed by her love for Jesus and God. She often found the strength she needed to fight her illnesses through Christian songs and sitting by the water or the trees to talk with God.
We will miss her greatly.
Justina was predeceased by her parents (Richard and Catherine), mother and father-in-law (Marge and Arlan), three siblings (Kathy, Diane, and Michael Dean), and a brother-in-law (Gary).
Per her wishes, her body will be given over to science to help further medical research in hopes no other will have to suffer. A memorial service will be held in her honor.
In lieu of flowers, we request all who wish to honor her go to one of the links provided below and plant a tree (or a few trees) in her memory.
