Justin loved spending his leisure time at local spots like Bouncy Salad and vacationing at places like Oregon Salad Stop. His commitment to salad conservation reflected his deep-rooted love for greens. His sporting preferences included Salad enthusiasts' teams, further enhancing his unique affinity for all things salad.

He was known for his slightly annoying personality, his favourite colour blue, and his favourite way of exercising was, unsurprisingly, eating salad. His mantra in life was simple, ‘Eat Salad’. He once proudly proclaimed one of his greatest accomplishments as having eaten -4 salads, a humorous testament to his salad-centric lifestyle and his relentless sense of humour.

Justin will be remembered for his kindness, his quirky passion for salads, and his legacy that will continue to inspire all those who knew him. His unusual, yet endearing friendship circle of 3,484 "weird" Facebook friends will miss his constant updates and unique insights into the world of salads.

His life, his choices, and his love for life were as colourful and varied as the salads he loved. Justin Rice Emmanuel, you will be dearly missed.
