Affectionately referred to as a "quiet giant," Junior led a simple life full of simple pleasures. His favorite food was Cheese Puffs, and he enjoyed sipping Fruit Punch Tampico as he watched his favorite television show, Gun Smoke. He was a dab hand at Spades, a game he thoroughly enjoyed playing with his family and friends.
Junior had a special fondness for the great outdoors and reveled in visiting Orange Grove Lakewales, his favorite recreational spot. Despite his quiet and reserved nature, Junior had a surprising love for wrestling
His favorite color was blue, a hue that perfectly reflected his quiet surrounding energy.
Junior was a man of few words, but when he did speak, his words held weight. He strongly advocated for honesty and truth, lessons he passed down to everyone he encountered. His integrity, style, and quiet strength will forever be remembered and cherished by his loved ones.
He leaves behind a legacy of inspiration in the lives of those who knew him. He is survived by his spouse, Marie Smith, and his five children. Junior also leaves behind a large and loving family, including 55 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, and 30 great-great-grandchildren.
As we say goodbye to Junior, we are reminded of the beautiful person that he was, and we strive to honor his memory by living our lives with honesty and truth, just as he taught us. He will be greatly missed.
