I worked with Junette from 1986 until I retired in 2003.  I enjoyed working with her and she taught me a lot.    Junette had a great sense of humor and made a hectic and demanding place better.  I pray that she is now at peace and that her family has peace and comfort at this time.
I worked with Junette from the time I started with the City of Long Beach Towing Operations in 1986, until her retirement. She was always a pleasure to work with. She was the senior dispatcher/security officer who ran a tight ship when it came to assigning calls and played no favors when it came to delving out tow assignments. Her infectious smile and laugh often kept us in stitches. In those days, it was not uncommon to play office pranks on each other, and she was a great player. (Some of the pranks would get us in trouble with HR in these days.) I remember her always talking about her daughters, who she was so proud of. I'm sure they have missed their mom these past months, but I am sure when they meet again, they will laugh and hug, and the memories will all come back. God bless.
