Julie's obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Julie Rice, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, partner, and friend. Julie, born on October 1, 1965, was a beacon of strength, dedication, and authenticity, touching all those who were fortunate enough to cross paths with her.
Julie was a force of nature, possessing a unique spirit that was memorable to all she crossed paths with. Julie's infectious laugh and her meticulous financial organization were a testament to her unique personality. Her hard work and dedication, not just in her work, but in all aspects of life, was a profound inspiration to those around her. Despite being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, her resilience shined through as she continued to adopt dogs and even started her own business. She also spent several years of her life volunteering for church and for husky rescues. However, her most cherished accomplishment was becoming a Nana. Her children and her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
The void left by her absence is immeasurable. Her family and friends will deeply miss her vivacious spirit, advice, and unwavering love. She was a breakfast and ice cream lover, the 24-hour salad maker, and a Victorian/renaissance enthusiast. Her memory will be cherished forever, and her lessons will continue to guide those she left behind.
