It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Julie Foley. Julie was born on April 8, 1965, and left us too soon on January 9, 2024. She brought warmth, joy, and kindness into the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

A beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, and partner, Julie's legacy is carried forward by her loving family. She is survived by her son, Jeremy Moreau, her daughter, Autumn Moreau, her mother, Pauline Foley, her ex-partner, Bobby Moreau, and her sisters and brothers, Deborah Hart, Frederick Foley, James Foley, Robin L’Abbe and Crystal Foley. Julie will also be fondly remembered by her daughter-in-law, Cassandra Thompson-Moreau, her granddaughter, Amari Moreau and her many nieces and nephews. Julie was preceded in death by her father Frederick Foley Sr. and her sister Tammy Foley.

As we mourn this loss, let us learn from Julie’s resilience and embrace this reminder to care for ourselves and each other, displaying love, kindness, and forgiveness.
