Julie Kaye Edney (Eenhuis) passed away at home on April 2, 2026. Born in Boulder, Colorado to Jerry and Judith Eenhuis. She moved from Colorado to Iowa to Montana. Our mom had many odd jobs throughout our whole life but we believe she liked it that way. She really did bring so much joy and laughter to each place she worked and made a lot of friends along the way. She would do anything for anyone that she loved. Our mom loved being anywhere we were. Lastly, our mom loved being up in the mountains. We are so happy she got to spend the last 10 years close to them. They felt like home to her. We will miss her more than words are able to describe, but we know she is finally at peace.  

She is survived by her son Nicholas (Jasmine) Edney and grandson Royce Edney, daughter Dana (Aaron) Moore. Her partner Mike McKeever. Her siblings Jana (Randy) Bartels, James (Dani) Dolan, Scot (Danielle) Eenhuis, Deani (Trent) Jones. Step-mom Glenda Eenhuis. Aunt Myrna Martinson. As well as her 8 nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded into death by her father Jerry Eenhuis, her mother Judith Eenhuis, her brother Jon Eenhuis and her Uncle Craig Martinson.
