Julie Lynne Lotvedt 71,  quietly became an angel,  on September 30, 2022 in Fargo, North Dakota.

She was born July 10, 1951 in Poplar Montana to Nora  Jeanette Lemieux (Lotvedt), and Selmer Lotvedt.  She was a beautiful baby from the start. She would grow up to be kind and loved by many, with her stunning beauty and infectious smile.

She lived in Poplar, to be close to her Mother untill 2011, where she moved to Fargo, ND where she was able to be with her children and grandson.

She is survived by sister Diane Wiggins,  children; Tracy and Michelle McGowan (son and daughter),  and Alexander McGowan (Grandson).

She is preceded in death by Selmer and Nora Lotvedt (Father and Mother), Charles Lotvedt (Brother),  and Father of children, Terrance McGowan.
