Background
Julian Anthony Martin was born in Bogotá, Columbia, on October 22, 1952. He was the oldest of the three siblings. Julian moved to the United States with his family when he was 11. He has been coming back and forth between countries ever since. His first job was as a piano player at 16. Julian wore too many hats before landing a private banker and DJ job. He retired from UCSF in 2013.
Julian's love for music always brought family and friends together. On special occasions, he would play his guitar and sing. He made sure to attend all events to spend time with family and friends.
Julian also loved to drive. He loved exploring new places, walking, or hiking around places he'd never been. One of Julian's joys was going down south every holiday to spend time with family. Julian leaves us with the gift of love and a passion for music.
Julian passed away on August 16, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Bernadette; sons, Seann, Mario, and Carlo; daughters-in-law, Stacy and New; and Grand-children, Blayze, Bravo, Brieze, Christian, Alex, and Vanessa. He also left be-hind siblings Janet and Tito Jr. and Cousin Ellie. He reunites with his parents, Tito and Alina, and son, Jon Andre, in heaven.
Arranging funeral services for a beloved presents a considerable hardship for the family members who endure the aftermath of the loss. Recognizing the emotional burdens faced by the grieving family, we are requesting tangible assistance from friends and family, specifically in the form of monetary contributions. These contributions would play a vital role in alleviating the financial pressures on Julian's family throughout this demanding period. Contribute
