Julia Barkley was granted her Angel Wings on Memorial Day May 31, 2021....Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Julia had touched in some special way throughout her life.....
Julia brought so much joy to our family, and will be mostly remembered as being the owner of Julia's Florist and Hats one of Chattanooga's Finest Floral Shops.
Julia and Ricky have been Floral Designers for over 20 Years and recipients of many Designing Awards
Julia and Her Daughter Pamela Bradshaw have Design Hats for many First Ladies, and often has entertained many COGIC Conventions with Church Hats.....Her Daughter Pamela Bradshaw is a top Event Planner and Organizer for Special Events....... -
