Judy passed away peacefully on July 24th 2021 with her family by her side 30 minutes after her 72nd birthday after a long fight with cancer. The daughter of the late Charles Cliff and Alice Cliff, was born July 23rd 1949 in Bay City MI and resided here most all of her life.
Judy worked for St. Lukes/Covenant hospital as an Enterostomal Therapist Nurse Clinician for most of her …
