Judy's obituary
Judy Weekley, an extraordinary woman known for her fun-loving spirit, kind heart, tough mind, and strong will, peacefully departed from this world on September 16, 2025. Born on October 15, 1958, Judy’s zest for life touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A loving wife, mother, and friend, Judy was a beacon of joy and inspired others to live life to its fullest. She is survived by her mother, Dolores Thomas, her husband, Richard F Weekley Jr., her devoted children, sons Nathan Weekley and spouse Shelley, Nolan Weekley and spouse Kirstin, and daughter Samantha Roberson and spouse Matt, along with her 5 granddaughters, Ella, Ava, Kennedy, Anniston, and Josie. Each will fondly remember her contagious laughter, strength, and unwavering love.
Judy was preceded in death by her father, Max Thomas, and her two dear sisters, Linda Sue Jones and Cheryll Kaiden. Their memory lived on in Judy’s daily actions and will continue to do so through the lives of those she left behind.
While we mourn the loss of such a vibrant individual, we also celebrate Judy’s life and take comfort in the rich legacy she leaves behind. Her unshakeable spirit and her powerful lessons of living life to the fullest continue to resonate and inspire. Judy Weekley will be dearly missed, yet her loving impact will always be remembered. The family is planning a celebration of life which will take place in Georgia at a future date and time.
