Judy's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Judy "Boodie and JuJu" Snow on April 3, 2025. Judy was born on October 18, 1961, and left a significant mark on everyone she encountered with her humorous, loving, happy, caring, and giving nature.

Although she was also known as Boodie and JuJu, she preferred the name Judy. Her legacy will always be remembered as a woman who firmly believed in family first, loving one another, and being strong. Her greatest accomplishment was mastering the art of stained glass. Judy's strength and unwavering faith in God, along with her determination to trust His plan, will continue to inspire her family and friends.

Judy was predeceased by her devoted husband, Keith Snow, her father Julius Dearman and her loving grandmother, Albertine Sager. She is survived and will be forever remembered by her beloved mother, Nathalie Dearman, sisters: Janie Grayson, Patricia Chotto (Robert)Nathalie Rohrbacker(Andy). Her legacy continues through her nieces and nephews: Terri, Brandon, Christopher, Thomas, Glenn, Braxton, Casie, Jamie, Demi and Lacie. Judy’s memory will also be carried on by her, step-son, Bruce Snow (Erin) Loving Aunt’s Audrey Solito(Vincent), Anna Silcio, Norma Treigle(Jimmy) and host of Great nieces, and nephews and cousins. 

A celebration of Judy's life will occur on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM at 6077 Lakeshore Rd. Bay St Louis, Ms Judy graduated from Lutheran High School, on 17th Street, Metairie, LA in 1980. Her favorites activities included seafood, rib-eye steak with black beans and tostadas, drinking Coke, reading the Bible, and listening to Loretta Lynn, George Straight, Randy Travis, and Hank Williams and other various country artists . She took great pleasure in watching TV Shows like Mash and Gun Smoke, NCIS and she had a particular love for turtles.

She loved the Saints, and her favorite games included Virtual Pool, cootie, karaoke, and Facebook. In her leisure time, she enjoyed fishing, karaoke, and spending time with loved ones, often vacationing in Florida on camping trips. Her favorite color was green, and she was best known for her humorous, loving, happy, caring, and giving personality.

In life, Judy was an epitome of strength and resilience, constantly reminding those around her to put family first, to love one another, and to be strong. Today, we remember and cherish Judy for her passion and dedication to her family and friends. Judy will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and loved ones. Her legacy will continue to live on through them, and her influence will forever be a part of their lives.
