Judith Ann Ratch (nee Lewis)
May 24, 1948 – September 30, 2023
It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the loss of the heart of our family.
She is survived by her loving husband Ken; daughters Kimberly (Fred Livingston) and Alyssa (Jeff Crookes) and son Michael (Stacey Ratch nee Robinson); grandchildren Sarah, Robbie, Anabelle, Emmeline and Hazel.
Judy was born in Truro, Nova Scotia but spent 71 years in the Cariboo Chilcotin where she ran the 100 Mile Sport Shop for 15 years. Her and her husband Ken became well known parts of their community before retiring from their shop. Judy was not happy sitting still and continued to work with Justin and his team at Jayco Plumbing for the past 17 years.
A memorial service will be held on October 28th from 1:00–1:30 pm at the cemetery located at 920 Cariboo Trail in 100 Mile House, BC.
A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 pm at Creekside Senior Centre at 501 Cedar Ave, 100 Mile House.
