Judy's obituary

Judy Annette Koger, born on June 13, 1960, in Lincoln, Illinois, passed away on July 5, 2024, at the age of 64 in Cleveland, Georgia. Daughter of Bettie and Eugene Turner, Judy was raised alongside her five siblings: Barbara, Becky, Jackie, Patricia, and Kelly. She attended Abe Lincoln Primary School and Lincoln Community High School before earning a degree from Colorado Technical University.

Judy dedicated her career to the service of others, working in home health, as a caregiver, and managing a local Pizza Hut. Her commitment extended beyond her professional life to her time in the Air Force, where she served with distinction and honor.

A devout member of the Lincoln Christian Church, Judy lived a life of faith and community. Her hobbies included crochet, crafts, fishing, watching TV, cooking, baking, and hiking in the mountains, all of which brought her immense joy and peace.

Judy is survived by her siblings Barbara, Becky, Patricia, and Kelly; her children Jennifer, Eric, Timmy, Jeremy, Austin, and Autumn. She was preceded in death by her parents Bettie and Eugene, her brother Jackie, and her husband Timothy.

The Crematorium is assisting the family with arrangements. Judy's legacy of compassion, care, and community service will be remembered by all who knew her.
