Judy B. Edgar, our wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026, at the age of 88 in Fallon, NV. Judy was born in Portland, OR, on July 30, 1937, to Donna Hilda Bue and Donald Riggs. She was the oldest of two children, her and her brother Mike Potter.
