I met Judy when I joined the Youth Théâtre Workshop Judy founded through the City Recreation Department where she was the Director.   I was in High School.  My brother Jim has shared photos from that time. She was an inspiration to me, a warm, caring person.  May the Angels welcome her to Heaven.

Judy was a mentor to a lot of teenagers and she brought happiness and joy to us all. There are so many memories from theater, recreation department, Cultural Affairs - too many to list. Judy was a special lady and I will never forget her. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. May God bless you and keep you.
