Judith's obituary
Judy was born in Gary, Indiana in 1942 and moved with her family to California in the mid-1950s. After graduating from Reseda High School, she went on to study at UCLA. Judy met her husband at St. Innocent’s Orthodox Church in Tarzana and married him in 1962. They then moved to the east coast and lived in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey where she supported her husband’s career and together, they raised their children and made many lifelong friends. She and her family moved back to California in 1983 and she worked for Cadillac, Century 21 and the City of Thousand Oaks before retiring. Judy then became an accomplished and prolific quilter, turning out dozens of gorgeous and intricately handsewn quilts, often as treasured gifts for loved ones. This interest led to travel across the US, and even to Japan, in pursuit of her passion.
She was widely loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
