Judith's obituary
It is with sincere sorrow that we announce the passing of Judith "Jules" McAree, who left this world on July 22, 2023. Born on June 30, 1929, Judith had a life that was full of zest, passion, and an indomitable spirit.
The name Judith echoed in hearts of many, but she always held a special preference towards being called Jules. A perfect blend of sweetness and sass, Judith's charismatic personality never failed to light up any room she entered.
A true matriarch, Judith leaves behind a rich legacy in the shape of her children, Shayna Thelen and Shannon McAree. The love she held for her family was second to none, demonstrated by her closely knit relationship with her son-in-law, Lee Thelen.
Not just a loving mother,Judith was also a successful entrepreneur, owning a successful catering business that catered to the film industry around Detroit Michigan for over 30 years. Her unique dishes were more than just food; they were tangible depictions of her love for creativity and zeal for life. This entrepreneurial venture not only established her professional success but also brought happiness to numerous occasions.
Though her physical presence is no more, the memories she created will continue to live in the hearts of those who knew her. As we grieve for the loss of this beautiful soul, we find comfort in the fact that she lived her life to the fullest, spreading warmth and love wherever she went.
Judith McAree's life was a testament to her strength, humility, and, above all, her love for her family. She will be remembered as a pillar of strength, unyielding courage, and a beacon of uplifting energy. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
