Obituary for Judith Grace Hilliard

Judith "Judy" Hilliard, age 71, died on Sunday, December 17th after a brief illness. She passed peacefully into Eternity with her loving children by her side.

Judy was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 18, 1952 to parents Clarence E. Knolton and Mary Kuykendall Knolton. She attended schools in Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from Trezevant High School. She soon married and made her home and raised her family in Memphis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother James Reginald Knolton and her spouse, Robert Hilliard. She is survived by her children, Eric Che Lamey (Brenda Lamey) and Shannon McGee (James McGee) and her brother Rodney Knolton. Judy was a loving Granny to grandchildren Chesney, Jacob, Braden, Jace, Maggie, Nelson and Miriam and great-grandchildren Lainey and Levi.

The family will celebrate Judy in a private memorial and remember her great sense of humor, her joy in laughter, and her love of animals and her family.
