Judith Ann Harland passed away peacefully on July 20, 2025, in Merced, California. She was born on April 7, 1936, in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Judith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank Harland, who passed away in 2020; her mother, Dual May Taylor; and her two brothers, Dean and Billy Taylor.

She is lovingly remembered by her three children: Janet Rasmussen, Frankie Barrowcliff, and Edward Harland. Judith also leaves behind four grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren who will carry forward her memory with love.

Judith’s life was marked by the enduring bonds of family and the strength she shared with those around her. Her presence brought warmth and stability to those who knew her.

She will be deeply missed by all family and friends who loved her. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her. A Funeral will be held on August 6, 2025, from 01:00 PM to 01:30 PM at 

San Joaquin Valley Veterans Cemetery 32053 West McCabe Rd
