Judith A. Degand

1954 – 2025

Judith A. Degand, age 71, passed away peacefully in Antioch, Illinois on October 14, 2025. Her greatest passions in life were her faith and her family, which she cherished deeply.

Judith is reunited in heaven with her beloved husband of 40 years and her loving parents. She was an amazing mother to her son, Rick (Angela) Degand Jr., and her daughter, Sara Degand, and a proud grandmother to her four grandchildren — RT, Evan, Braelyn, and Mya — who brought her endless joy.

She was also a devoted sister to Nancy Foster, Ken Foster, Linda Foster, and Tom Foster. Judith will be lovingly remembered by many other family members and friends who were touched by her kindness and warmth.

Her love was pure, her heart was full, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A celebration of Judith’s life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at United Methodist Church, 848 Main Street, Antioch, Illinois 60002.
