Judith "Judy" Murphy, 79, of Canton, MA, passed away on June 11, 2023 after a [two year illness with esophageal carcinoma ] battle with Covid related death.

Judith was born on [December 12,1943 to the late Helen Burke and Stewart Mitchell in Somerville, MA After graduating from Somerville High School in high school in 1952  she went on to marry her husband the late Francis A. Murphy. After going on to have [4] children, The late Francis S. Murphy 48, and her two daughters Kimberly Murphy and Jennifer Murphy Curtis of Xanton MA .

When Judith had Francis S. Murphy, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and born to be wonderful mother. Judith excelled at being her sons biggest advocate when he was diagnosed with Osteogenticsarcoma at 13 year's old and supporting all of them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Whether that was [listening to each childs wants ,needs,and just talking to them daily made her especially happy she had such heart and compassion for everyone in her family and friends and her fsith was always a strong point through her son's illness, she made it her mission to improve the lives of others.

Judith was a passionate wife and mother to her husband Frank Murphy and her 4 kids,and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her favorite place The Village Mall in Canton MA, shopping for her kids and her husband, she enjoyed traveling with her husband Frank .We will miss her greatly.

Judith was predeceased by her first born son Francis S. Murphy 48. And her brothers John,and Bobby,her parent's Helen Burke and step fatherJosphe Burke]. She is survived by [ Daughters Kimberly Murphy and Jennifer Murphy Curtis of Canton MA ,and youngest son JosephMurphy].

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Dockray Funeral home on Washington St in CantonMA ]. There will be a [funeral service/memorial/celebration of life] at [date & time] at [location].
