Judith's obituary

Judith Martin, 82, of Excelsior Springs, MO passed away peacefully on October 21, 2022, in her home. Judith grew up in Excelsior Springs, a town she raised her only daughter, Debra, in. She worked at Clay Ray Plastics for 15  years and Vocational Services for 4 years where she made many close lifelong friendships. Her most prized job was babysitting her only grandkids Danielle and Zac for 16 years.   Judy enjoyed short shopping trips on the weekends, cross stitch, word searches, sitting on her porch and watching her neighborhood, and making embroidered towels, baby blankets and quilts for her family. Judith will be dearly missed and always remembered for her infectious giggle and witty come-backs.

Judith was predeceased by her husband James Martin, her mother and father Ninnin and Faye Stack, her siblings Ozell Stack, Susie Shelton, Junior Stack, PC Stack, Colene (Richard Watson), Jackie Stack (Mary), Carole (Gary) Vance.

She is survived by her Daughter Debra (Randy) Cazzell, Grand-children: Danielle (Devin) Taylor, Zachary (Ashleigh) Cazzell, Great-grand-children: Ivan Taylor and Owen Taylor. As well as many nieces and nephews.

Judy requested a celebration of life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. The family would like to host all of Judy’s loved ones and friends to celebrating her beautiful life at Mosby Baptist Church on November 6th, 2022 from 2pm-5pm.
