Juanita's obituary
Juanita Anderson, a woman of sweet, kind, bubbly, humble, and loving nature, born on March 5, 1973, passed away on November 12, 2025. She will forever be cherished in our hearts and minds, where her legacy of kindness and generosity continues to flourish.
Juanita is survived by her cherished daughter, Lyn’ nar Robinson, her loving sister Chyra Anderson, and her beloved mother Deborah Taylor. Becoming a mother on February 1, 2006, was one of her greatest accomplishments, and she devoted her life to raising her daughter and seeing her through school. Juanita's dedication to her family and friends was unwavering. It was her mission to be there for them in every possible way and for every occasion.
Favorite pastimes for Juanita included sitting on her porch with a drink of ice water or unsweetened tea, sweetened with just one slenda and a squeeze of lemon, while conversing with friends or her sister. She had a great love for cooking, especially her favorite food, Greens with pot liquor, which she enjoyed sharing with others.
Her favorite recreational activities painted a picture of a woman who loved life and people. Her heart was as sunny as her favorite color, yellow, and as warm as her favorite vacation spot, California. She was a devoted fan of the Lakers, her favorite sports team.
But the true essence of Juanita was captured best in her belief about the value of family and friends. Her best advice was to always value the time spent with loved ones. These sentiments were reflective of her caring nature and the causes dear to her heart.
Juanita leaves behind a legacy defined by love, kindness, and generosity. She taught us to value family and friends above all, and to savor every moment we have with them. Through her dedication to her loved ones and her passion for life, Juanita has touched our lives deeply and will forever remain in our hearts.
