It was such an honor and privilege to have met and known Chapo and the visit at the ranch for a Thanksgiving together. He left quite a legacy both in his private life and business life. There aren't many like him anymore nor his loving wife, Norma.

I am truly sorry to have missed my Nino Chapo all these years past. Life just "got in the way"...work, newborn children and then more work. We don't forget the important people in our lives, but we do say: "There will be time..." and then time just flies.

I am sorry. I am sorry for my Nina Norma, for Ana Imelda...the grandchildren, the friends and relatives that will miss this beautiful man. I am sorry I missed meeting him these last decades, sitting down to hear his voice of wisdom: I am sure I could have learnt much.

My sincerest condolences.
