Joyce Stanfield, age 82, of Cleveland tx passed away on August 11, 2022.  Born to john and Jessie Barron Smith on July 25th, 1940. She is preceded in death by her beloved sister Jean Fowler, her beloved brother George Smith and her great grand daughter Anna Stanfield. She is survived by Her Sisters Carolyn Hargett, Ann Phillips, and Mary Turner. Her daughter Jennifer Mackey, son-in-law Tom Mackey, Grandchildren Jessie Stanfield, Jake Stanfield, Johnathan Stanfield, Hollie Mackey, and Jerry Davis. As well as her great-grandchildren Noah Clankie and James Peak. Joyce grew up in Willis where she attended Willis High School. She lived in Cleveland Texas where she enjoyed sitting on the porch and spending time with her family. Joyce may have had some struggles, but lived life to the fullest. in her earlier years, she loved to golf and garden, and cook for all her family. She would do anything for her friends and family. She made everyone who knew her to laugh, cry, and clap at all the stories she shared.
Our family is grateful to know that Joyce is finally at peace.
Services will be held at Mt pleasant Cemetary on August 20th at 10 Am, all are welcome.
