We were up for playing some poker, Aunt Joyce, dad, mom, and me, I think my cousin Denise was there too. We got to playing, my Aunt was sitting to my right, she kept on acting like she didn’t know what she was holding, she’d give this craziest look like she didn’t know what to do or how to play, when it came down to showing our cards, she would be holding straight up beat you up cards, and she would rake in the chips, to this day, I really do think she knew how to play poker, and has a good poker face and knows how to sucker you in, I had to rebuy all night, because she kept on taking all my chips, I’ll never forget that poker face or that night with Family!
My Aunt was a beautiful lady, when we would have family get togethers, she would always call me her Burt Reynolds, I never saw it and I always loved how it brought her laughter, and always a smile to her face. I’ll never forget my Happy, Happy, Happy Beautiful Aunt.
