Sweet Mimi. You truly lived up to your name and always brought joy. When we'd pull in the driveway from school and see your big red truck.. Joy. The wonderful smell of baking cinnamon bread at your house on the holidays..Joy. Your silliness and dancing, your sweet voice.. Joy. We will all miss you and cherish our memories. You're welcome for "letting you sleep in my room when I was little." Love you bunches and bunches. ❤️

I’ll never forget Mimi taking me to the dollar theater in Fayetteville growing up. She would take the biggest bag she had and fill it with popcorn, candy and drinks. She took me to see Hope Floats and Happy Gilmore. I can’t remember what else. We also used to stop by Mimi’s after school and Mom would get her to cut us ribbons to match our outfits for school. I love how she used to call all of our her “Pecious” instead of precious. I can still hear her saying it exactly like that. She loved Jesus with all her heart. She loved Joyce Meyer and she loved to make picture collages of her family. She loved to accessorize and she was always the best dressed in the room. I’m so lucky she was my Mimi!
