Joyce Laverna (Reising) Cunningham, 65, of Myrtle Beach, SC, went to her heavenly home on Friday, October 4th, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by family in her final moments, she leaves behind a legacy of joy, love and light, as well as a generational love for Jesus that goes far-reaching beyond her death.

Joyce was a compassionate and gracious mother, an adoring grandmother and a cherished daughter, sister and friend. Joyce was always there when we needed her the most, a constant pillar of strength, support and wisdom. Full of love, laughter and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her.

Her absence leaves an immeasurable void in our hearts, but she is now living eternally with her precious Savior Jesus.

Joyce was greeted in heaven by her beloved mother, Clarice June (Hale) Reising. She is survived by her daughter, Megan and son-in-law Robert, her son Luke and daughter-in-law Julie, her five grandsons, Jaxson, Leland, Callum, Ian and Evan, her father Lon, sister Janet, her three brothers, Daniel, Ronald and Lon Jr. as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

To say that we will miss her is an understatement, but our hearts are glad that she is now at peace.
