Josuph was born in Bridgeport on October 12, 1991, to the late Josuph and Jennie Rinko Andrews. He worked for the City of Stamford for many years in the traffic light division. Josuph Foster, age 30, beloved husband of the late Audrey Pirhalla Foster, died on Sunday, October 3rd, 2021. Josuph was born in Bridgeport on October 12, 1991, to the late Josuph and Jennie Rinko Foster. He worked for the City of Stamford for many years in the traffic light division. He loved cars, music and was a fan of Jewelry. Josuph loved to spend time with family and enjoyed traveling and cruising the Caribbean with Audrey. Survivors include his brother, Andy Foster (Karen) of Bridgeport, special niece, Jessica Diblasi of GA, nieces, Angela Gagliardi (Pat) of FL and Kristina Tenney (Scott) of VA. Joe is predeceased by his son, Josuph Alexander Andrews. Friends may call on Sunday, October 10th from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in THE GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
