Josie Lorraine Rodriguez, 39, of Biloxi, Ms., passed away suddenly on November 24, 2021. Her family is shocked and deeply saddened by her loss.

Josie was born on January 26, 1982 to John and Sharon Rodriguez in Tampa, FL. She was later raised by her mother and step-father, Sharon and Tommy Vance.  Josie was a home maker at the time of her passing, however, she did enjoy her time working as assistant manager at Tuesday Morning for several years. She adored her coworkers and customers and they loved her in return . She loved taking pictures of her children, cracking jokes, spending time with her family, friends and her beloved dog, Champ.  She was a sharp, witty, funny, and kind hearted individual. Josie left a lasting impression on anyone she ever met. She had an immense passion and fierce love for her children, her dog, her family and friends. Her family and friends will miss her more than words can say. Josie was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Vance, maternal grandparents, and other family members. Josie was survived by her three children; Michael Rodriguez (Alexis Mazingo) and their baby Faithlynn , Devin Adams, Brianna Adams, her fur baby Champ, her step-father, Tommy Vance, her siblings; Ed Rodriguez (Olivia Rodriguez), Jennifer Rodriguez (Diego Torres), John Rodriguez (Andrea Gormely), Jessica Rodriguez, Angela Alderman, Crystal Gonzalez (Luis Gonzalez), and Tommy Vance III (Amanda). Josie also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and many other extended family members and friends. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent for her children. Her Memorial Service will be held at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Family and Friends visitation to be held between 9:30-11:00 AM, directly followed by the Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.
