Background
When Josh was younger, he always wanted to be able to go to the LPA (Little People of America) conventions. However, we could not afford to participate, particularly out of state. He did attend once with his buddy, Ronnie, when it was in Milwaukee. So, to help other young little people and their families, we would like to develop a scholarship in Josh's name.
