Joshua Trevizo, loving partner, helluva friend and father passed away at age 38 on November 25, 2022, in Houston, Texas. Born on February 19, 1984 in Carlsbad New Mexico, he was the third son of Jose and Hortencia Trevizo.  

Joshua never met a stranger. His generous heart and spirit was deeper than all the canyons found down in Big Bend country put together. He was also known for his fierce determination and quick witted humor. He would roast the hell out of you but it was done from a place of love.

His greatest  joys in life were the birth of his son Waylen Bleu and meeting the love of his life, Leelaynee Phillips.

He loved his family, friends, hunting and a good whiskey and was also a talented leather craftsman and an excellent horseman.

Joshua is survived by his spouse Leelaynee  and son Waylen Bleu, his parents Jose and Hortencia Trevizo, his siblings Roberto, Joe, and Sasha Megan, nephews, Justin, Tyler and Levi, and nieces, Lexi, Isabella and Mia.  He  is preceded in death by his grandparents, Guadalupe and Genoveva Trevizo and Rosalio Ruiz and Celia Sanchez.
