Joshua "Moose" Mousley, 40, of Bellaire, Ohio,(formerly of Taylorsville, Utah) passed away on September 23, 2022 at his childhood home in Taylorsville. 

Joshua was born on August 26th, 1982 to Barry and Virginia Mousley in Taylorsville, Utah . After graduating from Taylorsville High School in 2001 , he went on  to Snow College and then Colorado Northwestern Community College .


After graduation, he went to work in the oil field and became a directional driller. In 2021 , he met his fiancé Melissa , and they planned to get married in the near future , going on to blend their families of five children  MaK, Beau, Khylar Ann, Jay and Lola. Joshua was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Mak, Beau, Khylar Ann, Jay and Lola and his fiancé Melissa  and always tried his best to support them.


Joshua was also a passionate about hunting , golf, baseball and Union Local softball and could often be found in the mountains , course , at one of his childrens sporting events or activities or watching the Jets play when he wasn’t at home.


Anyone who knew Joshua knew that he was the most loving father and fiancé a family could ask for. Joshua was predeceased by his mother Virginia whom he loved and adored. He is survived by his father Barry; sisters Julia(Denton) Stepp, Jenna (Kevin) Kostenborder, Grandma Mousley and many other family members .


The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Melissa . There will be a memorial/celebration of life on Sunday, October 16th  at 3:00 at Melissa and Joshua’s home in Bellaire, Ohio .
