So sorry to hear of Josh’s passing. He proposed to me in elementary school with a gumball ring, my first proposal Ill never forget. He had a big presence in every room and left the world much too soon.

We could always count on Josh for a big smile and an even bigger hug when we ran into each other :) I will always remember dancing with him at Laura's wedding.

My deepest condolences to the friends and family of Josh aka Butterbean. It's not easy to lose a loved one, but I pray everyone remembers him for who and what he was. I was not close to Josh at all BUT he sure did have a HUGE presence and reputation! So much so that even someone like me that wasn't close to him knew who he was, that he had a huge heart, was a goof ball, a hard worker and all around awesome guy. May he rest in peace.

Josh was a great guy, always with a smile and can bring a smile to anyone that was in his presence while simultaneously lighting up any room he entered. HE WILL BE MISSED. REST IN PEACE JOSH.

My deepest condolences  to all of Josh's friends and family. I had the pleasure of working with Josh and through that he became my friend that friendship grew and he became my family. Josh helped me through one of my toughest battles and always.made sure I saw the brighter side of life. I will miss my random post it notes he would leave. He always thought it was weird I saved them  but now I am so glad I did. May Josh rest in peace as I know he is watching over all of his loved ones.

Josh out at a birthday party. He was always being goofy, making us laugh and having the best time. He’s already missed more than he will know.

22 years ago, a hilarious little kid walked in to my band class with a trombone and this charming wit and humor that is impossibly rare in a sixth grader. There was never a moment Josh didn’t make me laugh or smile, and his giant heart was always on display for all to see; he truly was a friend to all.

I can only hope that his family understands the impact Josh had on everyone around him and takes solace in the fact that he was one of the most purely selfless, kind and funny people the world has ever known.

Anytime was fun with Josh around. He was truly one of the smartest and funniest people I have ever known. I wish I could sit under that maple tree with him and a beer just one more time. I miss you buddy and am looking forward to seeing you again one day. Love you brother.
