Josephine's obituary
Josephine "Mwiks" Mbandi, 41, of Nairobi, Kenya passed on [unexpectedly] on October 03, 2022 after collapsing while in transit at Schipol Airport, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
She is survived by her parents Dr. James Mbandi and Hon Mary Mbandi, her son Callistus Kiilu Mwongela, her siblings Fiona Mbandi, Silvester Mbandi, Antony Mbandi, Andriannah Mbandi, her sisters-in-laws Wanjiku Mate and Betty Musyoki, her nephews and nieces Lawrence Muimi, Allan Francis Mbandi, Eleanor Mukina, Arthur Mbandi and Abigail Mukina. After Josephine attended St. Angelas Girls High School, she went on to study at Kenya School of Mass Communication, earning a Diploma in Electronics, South Eastern Kenya University, earning a degree in Information Systems and Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology, earning a Masters Degree in Information Embedded Systems. Josephine was an organizer and lover of all things sweet. Josephine participated in bringing STEM to young children. She will be dearly missed and may the Lord rest her soul in eternal peace.
We have opened a book of condolences at Antony Mbandi's residence, Membley Estate, Milimani Court, Nelion Lane, House 2632 and at Mbandi's residence at Kavingo, Nzambani Ward, Kitui County.
We are also having continuing wake and prayers in both venues all day long.
