Josephine "Dodie" M. Conrick passed in 1984 in Spokane , Washington at the age of 81. Dodie was born May 10, 1903 in Rochester, NY to Thomas C. Bacon & Josephine McCarthy. Dodie also had a brother, James Bacon of Los Angeles, California & two sisters, Peggy Williams (Kansas) & Patricia Wilt (Lock Haven, PA.). She married James E. Croak in 1927 and had 3 children - James, Josephine & Cynthia (who passed in infancy). Dodie worked many years with the Lock Haven Express Newspaper in Classifieds and also as an editor. Upon her husband's passing in 1939, she soon relocated with her two children to Sarasota, Florida in 1942/43. She worked at the Sarasota Herald Newspaper as well as Madison Drug & Badger Drug. In the mid 1950s she relocated to Naples, Florida where she managed the Neapolitan Apartments and worked with Rexall Drug. After the passing of her son in 1970, she relocated briefly to Miami Springs, Florida before moving to Spokane, Washington in 1972 with her daughter & family. Loved & remembered by all.
