It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Spate, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and great-grandfather. Joseph, aged 74, left this world on November 7, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and service.
Joseph was a dedicated family man, survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, and great-grandchildren. He was the cornerstone of his family, providing unwavering support, guidance, and warmth to all who were fortunate enough to know him. His presence was a source of comfort and strength to those around him.
A man of many talents, Joseph was a proud member of the Lone Star #33, where he devoted his time and energy to the principles of the Free Masons. He lived by their tenets of brotherhood, charity, and personal growth, leaving an indelible mark within the organization.
Joseph was not only a spiritual man but also a skilled handyman. He possessed a remarkable ability to fix, build, and create, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His craftsmanship was a testament to his dedication and care for the world around him.
Above all, Joseph Spate was a God-fearing man who lived his life with humility and integrity. He carried his faith with him, inspiring others through his actions and unwavering belief in the goodness of humanity.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Joseph Spate will be held on 11/11/2023 at New Life Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to a charity of your choice.
