Joseph Benjamin Rusk 36 years old, passed away January 8, 2023 in Pottstown, Pa. Joe was born in Phoenixville, Pa on June 30th, 1986. He was such a warm and loving person! Caring and genuine with his concern towards others he loved. Joe was a natural with computers. A master of electronics if you will. He enjoyed playing the guitar just as much as he did the music.
