Background
Joseph “Joe” Rio, 56, passed away in his home on October 3, 2025, after a 10-month battle with pancreatic cancer. He was a loving husband to Kristan (nee Pavloski) for 14 years and a devoted father to his daughter and best buddy, Vita Grace.
