Joseph 'Papa' Lopo

From North Denver and finally residing in Eastlake, Colorado. After a long battle with cancer, he went to be with daughter Peri Jo, Mother Lucia, brother Frank, and sisters Pauline and Patrinella.

Joe lived a simple life yet spectacular with help of Mary. They raised 11 children through chaos and struggle. They shaped and formed these children to work hard, be loyal and open to accept the challenges life has to bring them. Truly remarkable in this day.

Surviving Papa is Mary, his wife of sixty-six years, their children, Nigno, Vito, Danyel, Mikel, Jami, Charlie, Pietro, Mary, Joseph and Gabrielle, also 31 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
