It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph "Bloo" Keffer (1993-2024). Known widely as Bloo, he was a vibrant spirit whose existence graced our lives for a short, yet impactful time.

His departure on February 13, 2024, has left an irreplaceable void, especially for his beloved mother, Serina Keffer, brother, Joshua Keffer, Nephew, Jayden Keffer. His laughter, irrepressible spirit, and kindness will be eternally remembered.

In his free time, Joseph enjoyed expressing his creativity through art and drawing. His passion for these hobbies brought joy to those around him and showcased his artistic talents.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Joseph's life will be held at Merritt Pack in Dundalk, Maryland. The date and time of the service will be announced at a later date. For further information regarding the service, please reach out to his mother.

Though he's no longer with us, Bloo's memory will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew him. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
